Banner Engineering

Our team designed a comprehensive two-building facility for the Banner Engineering campus that integrates office, laboratory, and operational support functions into a cohesive, flexible complex. The primary 40,000-square-foot, two-story office building with integrated lab space was connected to existing operations through an 8,200-square-foot single-story structure housing loading docks, mechanical systems, specialized oven and optics labs, and a large flexible training area suitable for all-staff gatherings.

The design strategically organizes spaces to support both individual focus work and collaborative team activities, with diverse seating arrangements accommodating informal breaks, team meetings, and larger group functions. Thoughtful spatial planning ensures efficient workflow between office and lab operations while supporting Banner's growth trajectory.

The facility exemplifies how industrial facilities can be organized to enhance both operational efficiency and workplace culture.
