Hyacinth brings European sensibility to St. Paul's Grand Avenue neighborhood through a thoughtfully designed 1,500-square-foot restaurant environment that balances refined lightness with contemporary sophistication. Our concept emerged from the owner's vision of an airy, bright dining atmosphere enhanced by distinctive custom tiling and unique plating presentations. The design organizes the small footprint around a simple sequence that allows a clear view of the kitchen and bar while keeping the dining areas calm and well-proportioned for good food and conversations.
