City of Faribault North Viaduct Park

North Viaduct Park strengthens connections between downtown Faribault and the riverfront through public structures supporting recreation and community gathering while celebrating the natural setting. Working collaboratively with the City and landscape design team, we designed site structures—including a pavilion, restrooms, and integrated amenities—that improve accessibility, safety, and year-round usability.

The design approach is rooted in context sensitivity, material durability, and functional clarity, creating an environment where architecture enhances rather than dominates the natural landscape. Strategic site planning ensures the park serves both organized recreation and informal community use. North Viaduct Park has established itself as a welcoming civic destination strengthening Faribault's public realm and community identity.
