Our design for the new 92,000-square-foot Wright County Highway Department Facility creates efficient, high-performing infrastructure for the county's transportation maintenance operations. Services included programming, facility modeling, design development, structural and mechanical coordination, collaborative energy modeling, and complete site design through construction completion in early 2015.
The design prioritizes operational efficiency, safety, and long-term value through strategic spatial organization and durable systems. Collaborative energy modeling ensured the facility operates with high efficiency while meeting the county's long-term operational and growth needs.
