Colder Products Company Expansion (CPC)

The CPC facility creates an exciting, efficient environment for office, clean manufacturing, laboratory, and warehouse operations within a 222,000-square-foot campus in Arden Hills. The design strategy prioritizes visitor experience at the main entry while enabling efficient employee access from parking through dedicated circulation zones.

A 58,000-square-foot mezzanine expansion added office, collaborative, and development lab spaces, with a central executive area anchored by multiple collaboration zones and Obeya Rooms serving as project home bases. Amenities including training rooms, fitness facilities, prayer rooms, outdoor canopies, and employee patios support workplace wellness and culture. Custom wall graphics and employee art installations celebrate the company's innovation and values.

Delivered through multiple construction packages enabling concurrent interior and exterior work, the project demonstrates our ability to manage complex scheduling while maintaining design integrity. The facility has become essential to CPC's operational and cultural success.
